I agree about the poor service, I have been ignored on numerous times by their staff while they were chatting to each other, on the phone or doing other things while plainly ignoring their customers. I'm sure the lady who is worst at customer service there is the owner or manager so that says alot about the business. This is a shame as the quality of the seafood is generally great but with such bad customer service I'm not sure it's worth a visit

The standard of fish and chips has gone down a lot lately.I was in yesterday and whilst the staff were moving a counter they left my fish to overcook.Instead of apologizing and cooking another they just bundled it up gave it to me and got on with things. When I went back later to let them know the fish was almost inedible there reaction to my criticsm was less than one would expect. My comment is give them a miss until they can improve there service and cooking skills.

On site there are a vast array of fish to have with chips or to buy in bulk for the nights meal. We go in at least once a week because they have the nicest chips in Victor Harbor. Everything you could want that comes from the sea is there and in abundance when that particular fish is in season. Cooked fresh with your chips is a treat too
