Lately I have been traveliing here twice a week for my shopping, although I have a shopping centre much closer to me. My main reason is that they have Gilberts, a good quality fruit and vegetable shop where I buy a lot of Australian grown produce - and not too expensive. The atmosphere of Southlands is nice. There are a lot of seniors that come here and I think there is even a club for them. I see them spending time in coffee shops and the ladies at Millers! The only thing that would make this place better is if they had a shop like Kmart or Target. But maybe this is why I like coming here, because I never find the place overly crowded! They have both Coles and Woolworths here, which makes it good for picking specials between the two. A good shopping centre for many reasons.
