I am surprised at the negative feedback I found them to be very professional and extremely helpful. I was very happy with the workmanship, the updates from Kylie and the car was ready ahead of time. I had to wait for a hire car from Hertz so they drove me to the nearest shopping centre to kill some time, which to someone who doesn't know the area was a real help. My insurer arranged the repairs so I really didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy and would use them again.

what a joke !! 4 day repair turned into 21 days, initially very very poor quality repair, had to fight all the way, no car provided. Now i have just received a parking ticket in the mail from the second day my vehicle was in there shop. It was Parked in Minnie street almost half a klm away. AVOID THEM PEOPLE AVOID !!

We've had several dealings with Southport Smash and while the repairs are of an acceptable standard our car has NEVER been ready on the agreed time or date. Very unprofessional!

Our whole experience with Southport Smash was one big disappointment! Unprofessional rude staff. Delays & being stuffed around. Job not done properly. When you complain they give you the same old story just as they do in your review reply. We are putting processes in place to fix the issues. Blah blah blah. Not good enough. Avoid them or you'll be dissatisfied too!!!

Workmanship was good but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Phoned Monday and told the painted part was ready turned up Tuesday and was left waiting 40minutes while they went out the back and got it! No explanation no care about or value of my time whatsoever. The level of communication from arrival to departure is almost non existent.

I took my car in for repair and they did an amazing job, going above and beyond! My car was returned looking fantastic and clean and shiny too! And it was all done in super speedy time!
