Absolutly disgusting management .. i have never stayed there but live close by. I was verbally abused and near slapped in the face after being pretty much spat on by the management there. The reasoning was because i wasnt staying i had no right on her property. Which was actually council land anyway ..i took a shortcut next door to the park.. i would never recommend this place to anyone! !!!

We have stayed here a few times now and have nevr had any problems. We usually stay in a unit that is not located on site but is within walking distance to the park. We have also stay once in a cabin onsite. we find that its clean and affordable. The staff are friendly and will do their best to help if you have any problems. It doesn't get overly busy which is good. The location is great its central to all the theme parks and only 10 minutes drive from surfers. If your after clean affordable accommodation then i would give them a call and see what they can offer you.

My family & I recently stayed overnight in a holiday cabin. We booked rather 'late' as this was a peak weekend (Gold Coast V8s) but were able to get a booking. We got a cabin in which linen was not supplied (we brought our own). In general, the cabin was fine but the biggest thing was the feel of the floor. It felt greasy and it didn't take much walking around barefoot before our feet were black. The park is on the Gold Coast Highway but we were at the back of the park and had no problems with noise at all. We would go back again.
