Recently purchased a $30000 4x4 triton. Salesman took us on their route which only got the car up to 60km/hr. Came back, agreed to buy, didn't haggle price or try and get a better deal, even purchased the $1800 upgraded warranty. We picked car up on sat morning after having to pay an extra $199 for them to spray glen 20 inside the cab as a "covid clean". We went to take it to Bunbury for a drive and as soon as it got up to 100km/hr the car started shaking violently. The car yard is now closed as its after midday, we couldn't continue our trip as planned instead we took the car into a tyre shop. They showed us the front tyres had every second tread block missing, apparently due to the shock absorbers being faulty. I thought this to be odd as I was standing next to my new car that still had southsides 110 point safety check sticker proudly displayed on the windscreen! $3500 later within hours of picking the car up! I contacted the warranty guy and he said it wasn't covered under the $1800 extra warranty I had purchased but he thought the sales team might come to the party because it had just been inspected. I waited for a phone call from sales which didn't come so after waiting a week I contacted them again. They asked if they could seen the tyres so I drove back to the tyre shop and took photos of them. Then I recieved a call saying the service manager didn't think it was their fault because their technicians are only trained to look at tread depth not poor wear or delaminated or faulty tyres and because there was over 5mm of tread then it's a pass. Then the used car manager said it wasn't his fault because he goes off what the service manager says. Can you believe that, now I didn't expect the world just perhaps two front tyres as a token but NOTHING! They wiped me like a dirty kitchen bench! It's obvious that a pathetic middle aged man whos reached the dizzying heights of a "used car manager" is more interested in KPI's of profit over customer service. Silly thing is I told the salesman at the time of purchase I needed another 4x4 of similar model asap for my company and my wife is due for a new car within two months. BTW she has just purchased her new golf R from another dealer! We would highly recommend never going to southside mitsubish, in fact run as fast as you can from these peanuts!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere! Do not go there. Rude incompetent staff who never get back to you. My car broke down under warranty in August 2017. It took 10 days and multiple phone calls from my end to get them to give me a courtesy car. Days before they could even tell me what was wrong with it or if it was in fact covered by warranty. Then they said it would take 3 months to fix because the part had to come from Japan. They stuffed up the paperwork for our courtesy car and made us go back in to change vehicles for no known reason. Said Mitsubishi Australia might call us and check that Southside hadn’t sold the car from underneath them?! Told us we had to return the car with a full tank and detailed yet there was barely a quarter tank and it was filthy when we got it. I could go on and on. Never did I think that Christmas would come and go and I would still be waiting for an answer about being reimbursed for the cost of the tow truck. I’ve lost count of the amount of emails and calls I’ve made. The staff member has admitted it was never lodged in the first place and said it’s since been resubmitted and would have an answer for me within the week. That was before Christmas. Mitsubishi Australia don’t want to know about it either. They say nothing has even been lodged still, but contacted Southside and said I would have an answer within a week. Again... nothing. So I chased them again. Apparently now the 2IC will contact me... HA HA HAAAA this is the same dude I have been chasing since August 2017 so I am not holding my breath. Shame. I would want to know if a company was representing my brand so poorly, but not them. Disgusting service. I’ll never buy Mitsubishi again and make sure everyone knows of our experience with them!

Worst customer service and pure money oriented car dealer,I will never recommend for any one to buy vehicle from this place.Poor customer service from sales person to management.not even bother to discuss any matter after the sale.dissapointed

I have always used AHG for the servicing of my 2005 Peugeot ST HDI anyway the engine light came on and I drove it down to AHG CANNINGTON that was six and a half weeks ago!! The Service manager Eddie Pillay appears to be a very good operator but a service manager is only as good as the people who work for him and in this case I am not sure just how competent his mechanics are , anyway I picked the car up although Eddie was on day off I was told by Alvin that the car was ready to go BUT that it was a bit sluggish he was indeed right and the car was returned the next morning to find that during the engine being pressure washed that a vacuum hose had been blasted off , after re-placement the car is running fine I think I should be offered a free log book service for all the time it took to get my car back on the road Peter Sutton Byford Wa

I took in my 2000 triton mainly for an oil leak problem, they called me the next day with a list of recommended repairs with prices and time frame, I allready knew about these other problems and ok'd the repair of most of them. The job was done on time at the quoted price without any drama's Thanks guys.
