BUYER BEWARE- SPA WORLD SEVEN HILLS

We paid a 10k deposit for a Jacuzzi spa 7 months ago and we still have no spa! There have been multiple delays from Spaworld after we were initially told it would be 3 months. Think twice before buying from this organisation! They will blame Covid for your spa not arriving when they clearly have substantial issues with their suppliers and supply chain management. As a consumer please use a spa retailer who is more professional and offers better customer service than this!

Be careful when thinking about buying a spa from Spaworld at Seven Hills, their customer service to buy the spa was very persistent but since owning the spa for the past 15 months we have had on going problems with the electricals tripping all the time! After many phone calls that fob us off to customer service all the time, it becomes a "I don't want to know about it. Ring this person and another person." Such a shame, we have never been able to have the blower on which also works the aromertherapy because it trips the electricals, so be wary when purchasing a spa if you want to get good after service!
