Excellent dealings with reception and electricians Prompt service from polite and courteous staff at all times. Spanos was recommended to me by a family member and I am happy to recommend their professional Services.

I have a rental property and Spanos were called out by the real estate agent.
The rangehood had malfunctioned, tripping the power. To reset the circuit breaker and not even unplug the faulty appliance I have been charged $350+
They gave a quote of $1500+ to upgrade the switchboard (not required) and $300+ for new rangehood.
Rangehood was supplied, replaced and tested by a different electrician. Price $180.00.
Apparently if you are a landlord Spanos charge as if one owned the Hilton chain and make up required work at nearly 3 times the going rate.
Never again.

Approximate cost: $350

Hi Brent, I am so sorry to read your review and see that you are unhappy as that is not the outcome that we want for any of our customers. Can i please advise that the invoice INV3129 dated 20/03/2018 was for an URGENT/AFTER HOURS call out. Our rate for this is $319+GST this is to cover the cost of the employee under the electrical award. We attended your investment property at 7.45PM regardless of how long we are onsite we MUST pay our staff a minimum of 4 hours with the first 2 hours at pay in a half and the following 2 hours at double time. Upon attending site it was determined that the Rangehood was tripping the power and due to this the complete house has no power. The rangehood installed was a Bunnings brand and had an internal fault. We suggested/recommended a board upgrade so that power circuits could be split and in the future if there are faulty appliances or anytihng else happens the tenants would not loose power to the complete house which would in turn prevent another After Horus call out for the owner. Please also be advised that the S/B Upgrade was not quoted at $1500 the total Quote was for $1395.4+GST and this was for 1 - Switchboard upgrade and 2 Supply & Install a new Omega Retractable Rangehood as detailed in QU0750. Our company pride ourselves in providing quality service to each and every customer and we are so upset to read that you are less than satisfied. Please in this situation we would like to make this up to you with a credit of $130+GST this provides 1hour on site for any call out free of labour charge. Or if you have any electrical enquirers or issues we are happy to attend free of charge and carry out testing or provide you with a solution. We had Kyle install split system air conditioners in all our bedrooms. Fast efficient and cleaned up all his mess! Very impressed. Happy to refer him to all my clients and friends.

Kyle came to do some maintenance at our rental property at short notice. He was quick friendly and knowledgeable and ended up doing some work installing an extra power and phone point for us all at a reasonable price. Thanks will recommend to friends and family for sure.
