WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY !!! They didn’t even wash the bird poo properly off my car, back windows were not cleaned, carpet was NOT vacuumed properly!!back mats were still wet and not done properly. My car was not sparkling!!!!

Don't waste your money. Floors were not vacuumed properly, boot marks left on floor mat, door jams weren't done properly, hand brake and gear handle were left filthy, they were just wiped over, not "cleaned and dressed" as stated. I ordered a mini detail, but got a very, very basic wash and dry. $80 down the drain.

Very slow and not a good job. This is not on just one occasion. I would go else where and would never recommend this service

I just got a detail and polish. Not thrilled with the job. Outside is ok. But inside was nothing but a quick vacuum. Never again.

No. I took my car to sparkles level 3 at garden city for a vacuum and clean inside to remove dog hairs, there was not too many ,.i was charged $10 extra to remove them. I did have covers on seat, when I had the dog in car. I had previously used car wash vacuum myself which did do a good job, but as I have an injury to my left foot thought it would be easier. I asked for inside clean to inside interior and upholstery. I thought it was okay, but too dark in shopping centre to see properly, until in full light still have dog hairs and mats not cleaned. Had tried calling after but no answer. Will be phoning to complain, never going back.

Used this company when I needed to sell my small car as the seats had marks on it from the previous owner. I requested a clean inside and out and to deep shampoo my seats, front and back. I was advised to have my car cleaned in the morning so I had time to dry it. This I did, I went home leaving all the doors open and left the car in the sunshine to dry out the seats. I aired it out the next day just in case. But there was this strong chemical smell in the car that was so bad. I went back and they said that the cleaning solution was still in the foam of my seats as they went really deep hence they cleaned it again. It did nothing, was a mess actually. I ended up taking my car to another place who said I had to physically take out my seats and air them for days. Was a real pain but ended up fixing the solution. Reluctantly, I got my money back after advising them I would take the problem further, that I needed the money to have the seats re-cleaned ..
