This shop is not covid safe. I entered in good faith and left feeling stressed about what germs I could have been infected with. A staff member obviously has covid symptoms and said she had not been covid tested but was allowed to work on a busy Saturday. She had to run to the toilet whilst serving and was finding it hard to talk her throat was so bad. She was sucking lozenges and not social distancing. I had to request the manager to let the staff member go to be covid tested. This is the worst negligence I have witnessed during the world covid pandemic.

Service is a paramount. Shoes are beautiful and the price for the quality is all right. Will come back for sure.

Really like this shop. There are very few good shoes shops in the area. This is the best by far. Shoes aren't cheap but you know you can always find something that will last. Shoes are very high quality. You get what you pay for.

The smallest purchase to the largest purchase gets the same personalised attention and care at Sparks Shoes. I just wish they had larger shoes but for the rest of my family this shoe shop is great.
