Recently had a service done of my Ducted Gas Heater and was amazed with this company. From the moment I called the office girls were so helpful and assisted me promptly, they found me the next available appointment and I was happy. The service tech turned up earlier than expected and gave me a courtesy call to advise me so, which I was grateful for. Amazing customer service, I am one very happy warm customer.
