This store exudes 'Sell, Sell Sell!!
I have been in sales for eons and you can't tell me they are not pushing sales!. SPECSAVERS is not about the customers. NO! Its about their botton line..
They don't cover warranties for the frames 6 months later. Say no it was your fault so we won't fix, you can have another pair half price... WTF!??

Do not book at this store if you have a disability. There is no disabled parking anywhere near the store. Went to attend an appointment here only to find no disability parking. After driving around waiting for a park at the end of a row to become available so I could open my door fully, I was then confronted by a curb to get up to the store. By the time I made it to my appointment, I was late. I explained the situation but was told that I couldn't be seen, no compassion/concern, and I consequently had to go home. Firstly, who puts a medical type store in a place with poor disability access? People with disabilities deserve to have their eyes checked just like everyone else! Secondly, the lack of access is not listed on their website when you book. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked there or would have asked a carer to bring me.

I was very hesitant of their heavily advertised "2 for 1" glasses, and what extra hidden extras there would be. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually possible to get 2 pairs for the price of 1 without having to pay any extra. The quality of the glasses is as you would expect - you get what you pay for... There are optional extra's that they offer but there was no pressure to have any of these. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Eye tests are bulk-billed and the optometrist was very thorough.

I had my eyes check here last week and I was very happy with their service. I choose them as they were the closest one to where I live but I wasn't dissapointed. When I walked in to ask for an appointment they offer me one straight away, the doctor took hist time, listen to me and made all the tests possible to find where my problem came from. I ended up needing other glasses and the stuff there was very kindly and helpful and helped me choose the right style for me... very happy , I kindly recommend them
