No I wouldn't recommend Specsavers in Barkly Square. You go in to have an eye test and the first thing they tell you as you walk to a seat is that you can get two pairs of glasses for $199. Well I was charged $99 extra and have had 3 pairs of their glasses break. The hinges often break. Manager there calls himself H as in Haitch. H is actually pronounced aitch. Bunch of unprofessionals. Keep away and go to Brunswick Opticals in Sydney Rd Brunswick for much more professional service.

Fahima, the optometrist is great. She is friendly and understands if you are on a budget. Glasses are cheaper than elsewhere too.
