Bad customer service when you are not happy with the product. No I do not recommend! Waste of money and time. Unsatisfactory product and response from the store director.

Update- I made a complaint on their feedback website. The store contacted me and replaced the frames on my sunglasses.

I have had my eyes checked, ordered contacts and in the past bought glasses from Specsavers.
My recent encounters have been great! All staff are cheerful and happy to assist when you walk in. The tests are far more detailed that what it used to be. They can find out a lot with these tests.
Their products are well priced but are cheaper to order online through them.
I had a bad batch of contacts so I let them know and since I have two very different strength eyes they ordered the same amount of both for free. I had bought three months worth. All other purchases has had no problems with lasting a month at a time.
