Never going back! We go to this Specsavers branch in Chadstone for more than 5-6 years now. But today this branch lost our family's business for good. I booked my two daughters for eye check scheduled at 3pm. Because of the holiday season it took us a long time to look for parking. We reach the branch at 3:02pm and I waited to be attended because everyone was still busy. Then a lady who was scheduled at 3:10 cut my queue which I didn't mind. By the time it was our turn to be checked in it was 3:07pm. Then I was told that our appointments needed to be rebooked at 3:45 and 4pm bec we were 7 mins late!!! No apologies whatsoever. Thanks, but No thanks for the service or lack of. We will never ever return to this branch. You just lost 4 customers for life.

frame prices are great because they offer deals if you buy 2 pairs of glasses. A reasonable choice in frames. Friendly counter staff. I would have liked my eye test to have been a bit less rushed but overall I am happy with my new glasses from them.
