The staff were friendly & really helpful. A shout out to Vireak especially who went out of his way to make sure my new glasses & I went on holidays together. Thank you once again.

Tom is a brilliant customer service guy at Specsavers Highpoint! He's great at his job and is really pleasant to deal with.

Not too happy with the service at this particular Specsavers. I've previously been to the one at Watergardens and Collins Street with great service, but experienced poor service with this Maribyrnong Highpoint store. The optometrist I saw was quite condescending and I didn't feel comfortable there at all. Then no one bothered to notify me when my glasses had arrived, so I had to chase them up twice to check on its status. Won't be returning there, think I'll go back to Specsavers in Watergardens.

I had an eye test in Jan, its now 3 days from April and I still don't have glasses. They have changed the perscription remade and remade again but I still don't have glasses. I have requested a refund of Medicare benefit to Medicare so I can have another test at another company but they won't do that, I have request they refund me the gap and my Insurance their money, they may do that. I have request compensation for the time without glasses etc and they refuse to do that.
NOT a good company to deal with and NOT one I would ever trust with such matters as eye care.

Didn't find anything that suited in the cheapest range but got 2 Pairs designer frames, one as sunglasses, other with anti-glare tint, for $270. $200 back from medibank means $70 out of pocket. When I picked them up one lens was the wrong prescription, this was NOT their fault as the script I used was from OPSM. OPSM got it wrong. Specsavers re-tested my eyes and replaced the lenses for free ! Even though it wasn't their fault ! That's good service.

Approximate cost: $135 p.p.
