I preferred this when it was Livingstone Optical. The service then was better, the staff much friedlier and more helpful. My last experience, I felt like I was being pushed to go for more expensive frames and my own opinion was ignored.

Went there because of their price but was surprised with their service. Staff was helpful and friendly. My sunnies broke after a few months and brought them back. Replaced the faulty sunnies straight away.
