The optometrist gave me a cursory examination and was rude and condescending. I will not be back

I used Specsavers for the 1st time this year and am so happy with the service. The Eye Dr did a very thourough eye check and answered all my questions with regards to my issues. I was able to choose 2 pairs of designer glasses and the whole amount was covered by my Health Fund Provider. The glasses were ready the day they said they would be ready, and then they sat me down and checked the glasses for size and made alterations on the spot at no charge. What a wonderful full service under one roof.
