Specsavers have a great range of frames and put together a great package deal for me as I need progressive lens. The service was ok when we finally got served.
Great range of specs and the staff were very helpful especially when they realised I had Private Health Insurance and they were very helpful in getting me the best deals with the best rebates.

I can't rave enough about Specsavers Toowoomba. I got a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for $325 when a few years ago I got 1 pair of prescription glass from Budget Eyeware for $360. They also manually adjusted the glasses so they would fit perfectly on my face, which was good because my ears are slightly lopsided. When I accidentally stepped on my glasses I brought them back and they were fixed for free!! And when I lost my lens cloths they gave me 2 for free. The staff are always nice and when I need to get my eyes checked again I'm definitely going back.
