This is a case of getting what you paid for. You want cheap - you get cheap. The blonde girl that served me needed to crack a smile, roll her eyes less and act less abrupt. The manager couldn't remove his eyes off himself in the mirror. Very interesting experience. I definitely will try somewhere else after going here.

Specsavers have always made a great impression on me. Although I never purchased a pair of glasses from them, on my initial visit I was treated very courteously by staff and they were willing to look at my current glasses and give me a very good price estimate, and worked through all my options with me. On a later date, I went there for a quick repair, which they performed hassle free, and further they were willing to goto the effort to fit it pefectly on me. I have been very impressed by their service.

Massive variety of frames from big designers and also smaller cheaper ones. Specsavers always has great specialt like 2 frames for $200 and in summer 2 frames for $200 with one being sunglasses. Staff didn't make me feel too bad about not getting my eyes checked for years.
