John Carlton from Speedy Hot Water was most obliging and efficient. He also didn't mind working on Sunday to do an install of an EVO 270 which included removing existing hot water cylinder and solar panels from roof. Would highly recommend to friends and relatives.

Yes same experience. $170 for 15 minutes at my place - unbelievable! I was told my system was too old, a particular part was probably faulty and it was not worth fixing. Another local plumber came and fixed it for less money- replaced a different part - no problem - working fine..They just don't care..
Speedy Hot Water service is not same day service and is not cheap. They don't keep their promises, charge double price for parts.
