I LOVE Spoil Yourself, I went wandering into the Armadale branch hoping that I would find a dress, I tried a few on and the assistant could tell I was a little lost. She was extremely helpful, she listened to what I wanted and serviced me perfectly, no overservicing (which I hate) but she was there for all my needs. I got a great dress which everyone comments on, a great price (50% off) and now whenever I need something special, this is where I go. I called the store to advise the manager how helpful this particular person was because I believe it is possibly the best service I have ever received.

i went in to buy a nice top for a special occasion, i found some and went in to change rooms to try them on, i was constantly had the sales person asking me if she could have a look and also bringing in different tops and telling me "just try them on" i felt harassed. i ended up buying a pair of jeans (not wot i went in for and didnt need but felt pressured to buy) i commented on her top that she was wearing and she said she got it from that store i told her thats exactly what i was looking for but in white, she went over to the rack and said we only have black and it $49 do you want it, i said no but i wasnt sure about the top i did get that if i decided it wasnt going to work for what i needed i would come back and swap it for the black top. i spent $120 on 1 pair of jeans that was $20 cheaper because they were on sale and a white shaw top. I went home showed my husband and he said he didnt like it so i said thats ok i wasnt sure i will just take it back because there was another top that i had liked. i went back about 40 mins later the sales assistant i had, had left for the day and the other sales assistant was very rude to me not helpful at all, i told her that i had just been in there and the other girl had said that the top i wanted was on the rack and it was $49, she said no dont have i only have it in red, i looked around didnt see it so grabed something simular, i went to swap it over and because my new top was $20 cheaper i had to spend it then and there , the sales lady suggested a lot of things i could spend it on which just so happened to be another $60?$70 more. i had said to her a few times no i have spent enough and dont want to spend anymore, ii ended up buy a plain belt nothing special at all and it still cost me another $10 on top....i was so angry at the service and the fact i feel i had been lied to. i wore the top for about 4 hrs the next day and the slevve had started to unravel... not good products, too expensive, and really bad customer service, one lady so pushy you feel like you have to buy something from her and the other so rude and makes you feel like she has better things to do with her time!

Approximate cost: $70 for basic jeans! $50 for a basic top.... $ 30 for a plain white singlet nothing special!
