I bought an undergarment which was fine when tried on in store but unusable when wearing it out. Store refused to store credit or help in any manner, but rather treated me with an attitude. The store manager was only slightly better. Head office staff finally listened and helped me out. Thank god, for decent people at least there.

As expected from a chain store, not many options to choose from. Accessories are good and can sometimes find a bargain in the discounts.
