I have a massive concrete angel from Spot on Pots - yes you guessed it, not just pots and plants but so much more - the place is huge - the range is vast and I love their prices and service.

This place is fantastic. Highly recommend. My favourite nursery in ballarat. Great knowledgable staff. Ask the right questions and you get the answers. Honest advice. It's exactly what we need. Good job spot on pots and nursery

Shockingly poor customer service received from this business, will never be shopping here again.
I like to shop local and support small business but spot on pots must be doing so well it doesn't need our money.
I was looking for a large pot for my mothers 80th birthday and found the perfect one in the right colour, it had a shallow rooted common succulent planted in it and I asked if I could buy the pot, the answer was no when the owner was consulted. Ok, had another look around and went home.
Came back the next day for another look, no, that really was the only pot I'd seen that would suit for both height and colour. Asked again if I could purchase it and I'd personally replant the plant into the same pot of a different colour, all they'd have to do was take my money and help me pop it in the boot! Answer was no again when the owner was phoned, but they did have them on order if I'd like to wait.
Went home to think it over then came back to place an order and pay for it. I spoke to the owner this time and no, he didn't have them on order, it might be a year before he got them in and they probably wouldn't be that shape. Ok, well asked again could I buy the one they had, plant and all if need be because it wasn't advertising anything that could be bought or even ordered in again there. Answer was no, I said why didn't he take it home if it wasn't for sale, response was it was making the place look nice. Must add there was no sign stating the item was not for sale at any of my 3 visits.
Looks like someone on the internet or in Melbourne will have to get my money instead.

I really love shopping at this place. I can always find something to fill a space. They have all statues and ornaments for the garden in the one place and now the onsite nursery is an extra bonus. They have trained staff there who can give you great advice on the plants.

This will be my go-to nursery from now on, great range and top quality plants, have always received good advice. Can always find something here for a present also with the pots and gifts.
