Blind installation

I had my blinds installed 2 years ago over what i was told a very busy period. This should not have been an excuse for the continuous problems we had after the installation. Firstly, although the installer has come back to sight the repairs needed, this has been a repeated event of over 7 times. Today one is still not repaired after being told our new home is off balance and he has mended it several times and each times says he needs a new part. The last time he visited a couple of months ago to whi h he said he still needs another new part and he will be back. I have not heard from spotlight and have made a verbal complaint before to which there reply is they can't find another installer. I then decided to ring this morning and my first phone call dropped out then second call someone answered and while I was waiting the phone dropped out again. I would have thought the lady would have rang me back but no news. I am not sure who is I'm charge of your customer service for the blinds section but I do not call it good customer service at all.
