Staff are usually pretty helpful & accommodating, especially staff towards the front of the shop & in the fabrics area. Plenty of space for parking too.

shop here often as they dont have any competition in werribee i find they are not as good as they used to be staff as helful as can be due to being very short staffed i often leave during sales due to waiting time not staffs faukt as i said staff shortage would go else where if i could

One of the advertised specials in childrens costumes never arrived in store, when I queried they said they were only a small store and couldn't get everything in due to lack of space, I did not want to pay a $5.95 delivery fee for ordering online so they offered to order item in for me, was available for pick up in 3 days, very happy with the service!

The custom made blinds area are great, there was a proble with the blinds twice but they had them reordered and shipped as urgent for me. Great service and a great price, best prices I've found especially when there is a good sale on.

I love this Spotlight, the staff are the most helpful and cheery staff going! Its a big store, that stocks pretty everything you would need for your craft and sewing projects.

At spotlight down in Hoppers Crossing the staff are great my son was having a dress up at school for book week and they had to order in a costume and they made sure it got there in time............................................................
