This Spotlight is one of the best I have visited. The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of your way to help answer your query. If they are unable to help you, they will put you onto someone who can. Lots of ranges of products to choose from. Clean and tidy store which helps to find what you're looking for. Would travel to this store always, even if it is not my local store.

Love this Spotlight! Always friendly staff around to give you a hand. I usually head down on a Saturday and there's usually a BBQ going on near the front doors, which is a nice alternative to the expensive cafe that's there. Inside Spotlight, the staff are nearly always insightful and give great advice when you're not sure what you're after. I always come back, can't think of any better fabric store :)

this spotlight is ok but not the best not cheap but good quality and clean and know the staff and would reccomend this spotlight. they are kind and helpfeel

The party shop in spotlight has a lot of great stuff and I could go crazy in there but they are just way to expensive compared to other places that sell the same thing. They are a little slow on the service side of things and I have had a faulty helium tank from them before.

This store now is well presented and organized. Staff are helpful when you find someone and knowledgable. Coffee shop outside the main entrance makes for a nice visit.

Really helpful and happy staff, most of the time. Great if you can get to know staff members. Sometimes feels like staff are just blowing you off.

Love shopping here, always make sure i have enough time on my hands as it always takes me longer than expected when i'm there.

I love walking around this store, just wish I was more arty!!! Good value though, always find what I need!

Everytime I go there I always spend more time and money than I expect to because they have awesome products... whether it be a party that I'm planning or just some new towels I always find what I'm looking for. Although one thing that would be better is if they had more cake decorating supplies stocked, I do find when I look for certain things they only have one or two or are out of stock so that is disappointing.

This is a huge store and there is plenty of room for prams which is nice, although very few of the trolleys have a child seat which is annoying.
A big store with lots of stuff to look at. The fabric range is pretty good and the staff in that section are usually the most helpful. Also the sparty's section is great when organising a party, especially for kids as there is lots of stuff so that you can theme your day with cake motifs, serviettes and party bags. The staff in this section are often busy doing balloons but happy to help.
