Love going to spotlight for craft items. Most of the staff are friendly an helpful but there is a few who are not willing to help an are rude. Parking is good in their own car park. Some items are very expensive. Great range of items an you could almost spend half a day in there.

Great craft shop they have a huge variety of items, there's a lot of parking in their own car park, you can layby on the larger items like the household items such as quilts and curtains. They have a wide range of materials and patterns. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful.

the best store for and thing craft, went there a week or 2 ago to get some fabric for my dining chairs and some fether wool for my mum great help full staff.

I was shopping last monday and tuesday for readymade curtains when I needed some help. I came across a lady staff who was very obliging to help me check if item was available. She went further to search for one in the store. Never mind the time taken, she came back and told me it's no longer there. She offererd her kind advice about some other similar products which was a little pricy. Still she was not pushy and left me to make my choice. Very kind and well attended.

I find that it is hard to get help when looking for fabric. Workers walk around but do not ask if you need any help. They have a wide variety of fabrics and always have sales.

It always has a great selection but the lines can be horrible and at the present they are moving things about so it is impossible to find things. Some staff can be very abrupt when you have questions, which can be very annoying.

Because spotlight have the monopoly in this department it is a one stop shopping experience with many choices. Unfortunately the staff are often rude and serve you when they are ready no matter how many are waiting but because it is usually the only place you can get what you need you have to be prepared to wait
