Staff appear grumpy most of the time & not helpful AT ALL. And the pricing of Spotlight is a total rip off. Especially the cushions, I do like alot of the designs but to pay $60 for ONE cushion?!?! Nah.
Service there could be more better. Staff are sometimes nice and friendly, you do get the odd grumpy staff that makes you want to leave. I get some of my sewing gear from there and i have no complaints on that.
Great prices and variety of products for everyone. Location is good and lots of car parking spots.
This Spotlight store is extremely hard to find a employee to help and the fabric cutting desk can often be very busy, the store is quite dirty and they don't have a huge range of items
If you are not an experienced Spotlight shopper I would not recommend coming to this store. If you are quite autonomous and happy to find things on your own, then by all means, but if you require help or assistance it probably won't happen. The store is messy and dirty. The service to cut some material takes for ages. But it's cheap, so if you have the time to wait around, be their guest.
The service here is incredibly bad. The people serving were holding conversations, one walked off for a chat with ten people waiting, one went home without even saying anything to the customers. And that was only this time. The service is always abrupt and definitely people will not do anything outside their area. They must have a strict job description because customer service is not about going the extra mile for the customer.
