We ordered blinds from spotlight which broke within the first week of installation. Spotlight arranged for the broken blind to be repaired however it has been 12 months and the blind has broken again. The staff in the blind section was very courteous over the phone but failed to turn up for his appointment and was 2 hours late for the rescheduled appointment. He also failed to turn up to do the repairs when the parts turned up. No phone call each time. Communication and time management is very poor however, the staff member was very knowledgable of the products and obliging.

The store in huge and I have always found what I am looking for, sometimes things are hard to find but staff are always friendly and helpful when you can find someone.

Fantastic service especially as we live out of town and I performed a purchase over the phone and organised it to be picked up later that day from another person. They were also happy to order specific icing supplies in for me.
