I love spotlight but their wait times to get fabric cut is often ages so I have to make sure I go when its not busy .
They have really great sales and Sale coupons as well which I love

they have a massive store, and have always found what i was looking for. they dont have much floor staff but there is always a few on checkout who are happy to answer questions.

Huge store for your everyday home needs. Staff are available everywhere to help and most of them are experienced and know what to recommend for your needs. Some items are a bit expensive but you have be good in looking for discount prices. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with everything!

I was surprised at the high level of service received when enquiring about a current sales special which had run out of stock. Perhaps it was because we asked the right sales assistant, who had "15 years of service" on her name badge. Prices are a bit expensive on larger items such as curtains, but discounts on selected items are available when you join their VIP Club. Go during their half-yearly clearance sales for big discounts.

Quality that they started with hasn't changed but the prices have have increased more than 200%. Some of their materials are disgusting to say the least, but we don't have much choice for quality here in Townsville.
