I volunteered here for work experience for school. The staff are very lovely and made sure I was safe doing tasks. They were really nice and explained in as much detail as possible to my curious questions I had. It was always tiring during the end of the day and I really congratulate what everyone does in this clinic. I highly recommend taking your pet there too, they are really good with discussing the best options for your pet, as well as always making sure to ask for your permission first and notify what will be going on especially during surgeries. If you are also thinking of a job especially being a vet pick this clinic, they are in high demand for more vets and it really helps reduce the stress for the only two vets that are working there right now.

I cannot recommend Natasha, Jason, Ann and the whole team at My Vet Springfield Lakes enough. Our family experienced a most distressing time last week after our much loved pet cat Chopper was injured in a car accident. They were extremely caring, respectful, generous, and kind while Chopper has undergone treatment with them. Nothing is to much trouble, they have made us feel welcome, informed us as to best options for him and we are so grateful to the whole team for all they have done. He is on his way to a slow and long recovery but he is home and spoilt more than ever and we are thankful he is still with us today. Do not hesitate to engage these guys should you need a fantastic vet clinic for your pet.

Pet shop is small but had hat I needed at a good price. Animals in the pet shop had clean cages, ample space and looked very happy. Staff were helpful and friendly. A great place for your pet needs.

Taken my puppies down for their first injections and they were great and very caring with the puppies, and also got them micro chipped at the same time. Now take my dogs their for all their needs. 1 dog had major surgery this week and they gave me a selection of vet prices based on how much experience each vet had. The dog doing fantastic and the care excellent.

I have been taking my 2 Dogs to Jason @ springlakes vet for about 6mths now, just today we had more the few problems with our bitch on a sunday morning, i rang jason at 6:30am and got help right away, not only did i get help that was above and beyond what i think anyone else would do, i got a x-mas gift that no one else could give me......my dog, this man is worth his weight in gold and then some (he is not a big guy :-) ) i urge any body that is looking for a more real one on one human touch, to give Jason a call and treat yourselfs to the way a vet should be.
