we hired this plumber when we bought our 1st house, his prices were great so we thought we had found our plumber. 1st experience he was fine but then he came back to fill an old septic tank - he used wrong sand (so we were told by another plumber), then it filled with water and turned to quicks and almost killed our cat, and took him a week to come back out after numerous attempts to contact and him not turning up when he said he would, to fix his mess, then we had to dig it out ourselves and purchase more fill out of our own pockets to fix his mistake! wouldn't use again if my life depended on it!!!!
