I’ve always found the staff to be courteous and helpful whenever I’ve asked questions or sought advice. The owner has vast in-depth knowledge and is very friendly and willing to share. Often I prefer to browse and sample without wanting to chat and on those occasions I’ve been left to happily do my own thing.

I find the products supplied at St Cloud are consistently good, they have a wide range of products available and the presentation of the store is great, colorful and clutter free, however the service is consistently terrible. Every single time I go in there the staff are either chatting with their friends who are crowding around the counter blocking any actual customers, or they're taking personal phone calls which you can hear every word of in the small store. I find I always have to approach staff members for help rather than it be offered to me. The last time I made a purchase there (Paco Robanne's "Lady Million") I decided not purchase from St Cloud any more. Now I just walk in, try a few testers and walk out again. The staff do not bat an eyelid.
