A short while back I had to open a private account there even though I had been a customer for may years but only with joint accounts and the staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. They assisted me by asking questions to ascertain my situation and suggested the best account for me and gave all the information as to how they came to that conclusion which I followed. It also appeared to be a better deal than other banks were offering.
