Problems with shipping online purchases... they didn't ship, then lied, then doubled down on the lies. This seems to be a common problem in their feedback on a particular e-commerce site and with one particular person.

A horrible experience and absolutely will not recommend.

I booked my bike in for a service via Groupon after discussing my needs over the phone. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't do the service unless I upgraded to a much more expensive service and that I needed a full set of cables at a cost of $200. This is nonsense. All the cables worked and were adjusted correctly.
I'm left feeling they weren't interested in a simple service and deliberately tried to get me to spend money unnecessarily.

I've happily used in the past. Recently, however, I've taken two bikes there for a service and both times I was told that they needed a new chain and cassette. Upon obtaining a second opinion, that wasn't actually the case. Funnily enough, that is the first thing I was told when I took the bikes in, so I can't help be suspicious... fitting a new chain and cassette to each bike that is brought in would certainly boost revenue... Has anyone else experienced this at this business? Does anyone have a trustworthy and reliable bike shop they can recommend? Thanks.

Approximate cost: $300
