These guys (& gals, I presume) did a top-notch job repairing my Kia Cerato, and doing so in a timely manner. They weren't on my insurers "approved repairers list" but my insurer does guarantee the repairer of my choice so after comparing accident repair places reviews online I gave St Kilda Village a call and they informed me that they can handle it all from their end with my insurer and follow up with them daily to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. End story, car is back good as new, cleaned inside and out and driving well. Highly recommend this place— always kept me informed throughout the process and easy to get in touch with.
