Offering you a specialist Pilates studio combined with Personal Training, Myotherapy, Group Exercise and Strength and Conditioning we have a range of services to improve the quality of your life. We have the qualifications and experience to work with people of all levels of physical ability and are able to assess what method of training is going to help you achieve your desired outcome.

The Stable Base team combine to offer over 40 years experience assisting clients in various types of exercise and training.

We work hand in hand with your treating medical practitioner or coach. Or access our network of experts in the fields of Sports Medicine, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Women’s and Men’s Health and Nutrition.

ALL STAFF HAVE EXPERT KNOWLEDGE AND AS THIS IS A SPECIALISED FIELD I RATE THAT AS IMPORTANT. THEY ARE ABLE TO WORK AROUND INJURIES & PHYSICAL ALIMENTS. RECENT ADDITIONS OF EXPANDED SERVICES MAKE THEM A GREAT BASE FOR YOUR FITNESS REQUIREMENTS.

I have been going to Stable Base for nearly two years now and if you are looking for a professional, knowledgable clinical Pilates studio you can't go wrong.
