I would like to give Alison from the Ormeau branch more than this staff rating, in all aspects of customer service she is it.

Having applied for a job over Seek, I was contacted by a recruiter from this company and asked to come in for an interview. The interview itself went very well and I felt confident in how I performed, the recruiter was very promising and reassuring. I was told I would be contacted within two days with an outcome and if was not successful, I would be recommended for other job openings.
A week later, I had not been contacted once by this company. I then rang the office and asked to speak to the recruiter that I had my interview with, the receptionist explained they were currently in an interview and they would call me back, however a day later I still had heard nothing, I then sent an email directly to her asking about the outcome.
I then accepted the fact I had not been successful with this interview and I let two weeks pass.
In those following weeks I continued to contact the office, four times in total (once a direct voice message to this recruiter) trying to make a point that I had not been contacted.
I believe this company, the recruiter more particularly is very unprofessional and does not show any interested in their unsuccessful clients and I will not be using this company again to help find a job.

I have been with this job agency for nearly two years now. In the first 12 months, I was getting plenty of work through these people. I have not had work or heard anything for at least 5 months. I have rang a couple of times, saying I was available, and the staff are always pleasant and say we will let you know asap if something comes up.

I have been with this agency for 12 months. With the initial induction, they were very thorough with the process and the staff were friendly and professional. The staff are always polite when they ring me. They sms me as soon as possible when a shift is cancelled, and if it's very close to the time I have to start, they will ring. I don't have to ring them every week either for work, they will just ring or sms me. And they don't get huffy when I say I can't work.
