I have now received a replacement Sunbeam oven to replace the defective one I had. I have to give credit where credit is due: ultimately, the Stan Cash team came through and I have no complaints.
Outstanding value for money that I couldn't find elsewhere, and I tried. Customer service was very friendly, informative and no hard sell tactics just good old fashioned service with a smile. I recommend anyone to ask for Greg, if he can't do it then it can't be done.
