Dont use this cheap crap untrustworthy service, i left my New Toyota Hilux there for !8 days and it was supposed to be cleaned but it was washed with a bucket of muddy water and a sponge that was more like sand paper.
the car is scratched from top to bottom.i pointed out to the only staff on at 1am on how dirty it was and then ( WE ) noticed that when we cleaned some dirt off that it was scratched all over, he said to ring up in the morning and speak to the manager on duty, i did this and then sent him the photos of the car with no reply, i then emailed them several times with no reply. so now i have to take them to court.
they also left 5 other people at the airport because they could not fit in, that was another hr added to there holiday that they didn't need.
from my research this happens a lot damaged cars stranded passengers etc.

I do not. Saved about 5 dollars compared to airport and terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for pick up.

We made a booking 5 days in advance. The website had technical difficulties, so we booked over the phone & had an email confirmation.

Upon arriving, my husband was greeted by a sleeping attendant, who outright refused our booking because they were fully booked.

Mu husband ended up parking at another Parking Port after he was refused at Star Airport Parking. Parking Port offer brilliant service, a well managed operation & dont lose bookings.

Please stay away - Star Airport Parking. Its more trouble than its worth & your holiday will get off to a terrible start.
