Completely unprofessional service. Following the purchase of a full house clean the cleaner (Amrit) failed to rectify issues with the carpet that Real Estate brought up. His lack of commitment to follow up the issue meant that we had to pay for an additional cleaner out of our bond. Although Star Capital promise a bond back guarantee, when it comes to fixing their mistakes they make excuses, fail to properly show up on time and then disregard their unprofessional attitude. Multiple Real estate agents also noted that the clean carried out by the company is very minimum standard and not worth the high fee charged.
