I had a burnt coffee!! The staff was careless at that time, although for most of time I got a good one.

I like the service, I like the barista. All coffees are brewed to perfection. I really enjoy my cup of coffee, real coffee, perfect temperature, not burnt, and most importantly, they take order correctly, ie giving me what I ordered. That's top customer service!!!

I visit this Starbucks a few times a week as it's just around the corner from my office where I work - the Signature Hot Chocolate is great - strong - tastes like dark chocolate - and is good value with marshmallows and cream included in the base price if wanted. Staff are always friendly and helpful and there doesn't appear to be a minimum limit on EFTPOS. The variety of food in the cabinet is quite good and always looks and tastes fresh, and when they warm it up to take away you get a plate with knife/fork in the packet as well - I usually get a vegetable roll.

Approximate cost: $10

Having never lived somewhere with Starbucks before, it has been really amazing to have one within walking distance of where I live. I love their frappucinos, as well as their hot coffees - but I think the best time to go is definitely Christmas. All the themed drinks are as delicious as they sound, and the feel of the shop is lovely - quite American, but I do enjoy the way American's treat the holiday season. The coffees are a little expensive, but I do think you get what you pay for. Service has never been an issue - twice I've received a free coffee voucher when they forgot about my sandwich and when there was something wrong with my roll.

If I had more money, I'd get my coffee there every day!

This is the best place for American style coffee if you like it. It is also in super location right next to the David Jones. They are always well stocked with loads of sandwiches and bagels. The food is always fresh unlike other Starbucks I have been to.

Approximate cost: $10

A busy Sunday morning but I still managed to get a table to sit and enjoy my hot chocolate. Ah bliss! You can tell you are in store that is part of a big chain, and the paper cups aren't fantastic - I prefer a china mug for the taste and the lack of waste - but all in all a good option.

I've always loved Starbucks' products and atmosphere, and though I do think their prices are a bit steep I never stop going back. The staff is always relaxed and friendly, ready to chat with you. The frappe made for me was delicious!

I've visited this store a few times now and absolutely love their range of coffees and snacks. Great, efficient service and friendly patient staff. The only downfall I can say is that they are always busy and don't have enough tables & chairs for customers, also I've had to clear away a dirty table quite a few times to sit down and enjoy my coffee/meal.
