The service was slow and my drink was so sweet I threw it out plus the cup it came in was too thin to hold so much ice, cream and thick chocolate and milk (ice chocolate). Needed more people working l just found it a real bother.

i find them pretty disappointing either for all the talk and reputation that they possess, the staff are chatting each other up and the coffee tastes bad .. would not go to that place again .. terrible experience ..

had a horrible experience dealing with this place. the coffee was average, but the service was atrocious! i waited 5 minutes to be served, as the girl at the counter chatted away to her co-worker!

I have to say I'm quite dissapointed with this starbucks, the coffee is just plain awful. I've given it the benefit of the doubt but again and again I'm disappointed after handing over my $4.00 for my cup of coffee. The service isn't terribly great either, staff seemed more interested in catching up with one another to even give a simple, how are you?
