The Starbucks in Bourke street is Good cafe with a nice staff. Amazing hot choccy and Frappuccino so tasty.

I really only visited Starbucks out of curiosity - it's all over American TV shows. But the coffee is absolutely dreadful - although I have been informed by friends that it's their cold drinks that are good. I might give one a go another time when I'm brave enough to return

The Starbucks in Bourke Street is definitely something else! The baristas are fantastic and make great quality coffee. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Starbucks on Bourke Street is absolutely amazing! The staff are delightful and the quality of the beverages is outstanding. If only starbucks was spread over more of australia that would be wonderful. I really do love starbucks because of the fair pricing and how much you get in one drik is very filling and works well.

This is only Starbucks left in Melbourne. Such a pitty that they close other coffee shops. They got great coffee in that great cup, mug or take away. Love to have my cuppa when in city. Quite busy store, awesome to sit outside when summer.

the quality of coffees in starbucks are good. Besides that, staff in there is very friendly , so we feel well served. Moreover, there is addition facilities for starbuck customer for example : wifi , so we can use internet beside drink coffee. I just suggest after customer finish to drink coffee in there, the staff clean up table immediately, so other customer can occupies the table quickly.

I can't go into the city without seeing these guys for a coffee. The taste is amazing and the quality top notch. Service is great and speedy even on a busy day which is hard for a lot of shops. Recommend them to anyone!

Great couches to relax on, the service is fast and the staff never harrass you about whether you would like to buy anything else. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming =]

Although Starbucks is not my favourite choice of cafe but I had a really well-made green tea blend there. The environment is great and relaxing. It's a good place to hang out or read a book.

I'll occasionally grab a cup of coffee from here. Great place to sit and relax and watch people walk by on Swanston street. Could be a bit more cleaner and would be great to have more chairs. The staff are nice, and trivia night was great a few months ago and hope they do it again soon.

Its a great place to be with uni friends and a perfect place to hang out with friends. The coffee always tastes great. I have made some really best assignments at Starbucks which i will never forget. Thank you Starbucks for providing such a friendly place.

Starbucks is just another chain where they don't consider the quality of the coffee. Being from Melbourne I would think that they would realise we like a better cup of coffee here and also provide some free wifi like they do in other countries.

what can i say..its starbucks. usual starbucks coffee. nice caramel latte. staff quite ordinary. they never get ur name right. free wifi. nice loungey place to have an arvo coffee and chat with friends.

omg yum! it was one of the best hot chocs ive ever had, honestly it was almost as good as gloria jeans. i must admit though, my drink was too hot, and i had to sit it down for a few mins so i didnt burn myself when i was holding it, it also took a while to wait for it, after id ordered it, but it was worth the wait.

Good cafe type feel. Setting is not bad however wish it was a little cleaner. Staff needs to clean the tables more often. Quick service with the coffee. Food was less than average.

The girls that work is this branch of starbucks are absolutely delightful. They always acknowledge you with a smile and make a lovely drink whether it be coffee or the magnificent signature hot chocolate.
