I had a traditional iced chocolate and paid nearly $6 for it. I must say i was sadly let down. When i think of ice chocolate i think sweet and rich, what i got however was horribly watered down yet bitter. Had it not been for the good service I would have complained. Was an ok experience but I would not go out of my way for it

Just came in for a "signature" hot chocolate and let me tell you it was a little pricey at $4.40 for medium, and was not such a sweet drink for chocolate.
The atmosphere is busy and loud but it brings in a great bunch of busy workers from around the place.
Could be more comfortable, only had 1 or 2 couches which were all taken and the rest of the furniture is hard wooden seats.
3 out of 5 from me!

customer service was rude when I asked for whipped cream on both my frappuccino drinks
and she only put one. When i went to ask for whipped cream on the other one she bluntly said "you're meant to pay for it, next time tell me.. ugh"

Waited a long time in line.... Coffee was good too. A lot of garbage was scattered around the place. Prices are pretty over the top for a coffee - we paid about $15 for two coffees.

Coffee isn't great, prices are surprisingly high, but their chai lattes aren't bad. Typical chain atmosphere - comfortable, and generally enough room for everyone. Service isn't too bad.

great strong coffee which i like.ilike my flat whites extra strong.good selection of drinks and condiments and staff were friendly and efficitent.the only complaint i have is that its a little bit expensive but i guess you pay for quality

I like the coffee and all the different flavoured drinks which starbucks offers especially the frapucinos. There's always friendly baristas and assistants. However the coffees are rather more expensive than other coffee places.
