Their rates are one of the best, online banking is good, free offset account and Bpay. Don't have any problem with them. They don't spam to my email.
All I care about is rate and State Custodians offered me a much better rate from the banks that has saved me a few hundred dollars each month. I found them from the award sites and have been happy with the first few months of my loan
