Both my kids went from age 6 months. I found most of the teachers were great, maybe 1 or 2 that my kids did not like when they went up a class. Was hard on them when they had a new teacher. Thought it a little expensive but my kids did learn to swim.

My son and daughter do group swimming lessons here. I rang for months trying to get them in but was told there was no room for my (older) son. I decided to drop in and ask and, hey presto, there was a class available for him! The quality of teachers varies greatly. I found the kindergarten teachers not so great, babies teachers are excellent. I now have found a good teacher for my son but feel I don't want to try anyone else because the previous three were not great. It is also difficult to get through on the phone and at payment time (beginning of each month) "signing in" is very slow. Reception staff are excellent, as are cafe and playground.

good,friendly service but very busy centre, instructors are great with the kids. Supervisors very friendly and always someone to talk to. The girls at the front are always open for any type of complaint/concern.

the lessons were disorganised, the staff looked miserable and cold. I found the whole experience the equal of the McDonalds of the sports and recreation industry. Horribly over priced for the whole experience
