Be wary of this business. Avoid them. Dropped machine off for repair. Advised cost ro repair, which I approved. After 4 weeks rang for update, "Waiting on parts". This went on for another 6 weeks. It was always me ringing them. Told them not to bother with repair. Still waiting for machine to be returned 4 weeks later. Still no contact from them. Dreadful customer service.

I went in for a part for my overlocker, the lovely assistant was so helpful. I also asked some questions about an embroidery machine and was told about an upcoming course, perfect!

Great advice, no hard sell, and a lovely environment.
Would be even better if they had a website with course info, items stocked etc.

I recently brought a sewing machine from the Statewide Sewing Superstore and after a week had to take it back for some minor repairs. They were really helpful and gave really good advice. These guys also sell Janome sewing machines, which are hard to come by in Ballarat.
