Over 3 weeks no call back or update o the request for 3 quotes, roof, fencing and rail even though I notified them that one of the quotes was urgent...each time I called (I also emailed) someone blamed someone else for a) details were written in the book but the contractor is too busy, not interested, injured or b) they use our materials they are not our staff c) we will get on it in 24 hours..still waiting...My recommendation stay well clear of this company, there are other companies out there that are more than happy to take your private business (can't say what they are like for corporate they might be OK). So you know the reason I used them in the first place because they were local...BIG Mistake.
