On purchasing our first house, Ryan was able to run through everything we needed to know. He went through the contracts quite throughly and found out items that had not been discussed including curtains and other simarly features.The other solicitor was from sydney and Ryan knew all the things to look for. He helped us arrange a house inspection and and we were able to get Richard Steele & Co to claim our first home owners for us, and deduct there fee from the cost. Recommend to anyone buying there first home.
